Why a Hairpin motor?
The new Ryuga motors from VTB use advanced Hairpin stator technology, replacing the old round copper wire windings with precision-shaped flat copper bars. This updated design delivers stronger magnetic control, higher efficiency, and noticeably more torque.
It also improves cooling and overall durability, allowing the motor to stay consistent even during hard riding, high heat, or long hill climbs. Compact, tough, and built for real off-road abuse, the Ryuga platform sets a new standard for performance electric motors in the lightweight e-moto class.
