Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in unopened original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. Proof of purchase is required. The following items cannot be returned: eMotos (any model), batteries, and used or modified components.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@pinnedelectric.com for approval and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Final sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after payment but before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method less the 5% fee.
If an order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, and the standard return policy (including the 15% restocking fee and responsibility for return shipping) will apply.
Note: Where required by law, certain consumer rights may limit or exclude cancellation fees.
Wholesale Accounts
All sales to wholesale accounts are final. There is a zero-return policy for wholesale orders, and no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours to report any shipping damage to Pinned Electric.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
