Warranty Eligibility

Pinned Electric is the official U.S. national distributor for Ventus Bikes USA, Arctic Leopard USA, Rerode USA, Formula, TECH Suspension, and RFLoXa.

Only products purchased through Pinned Electric or an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty coverage. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (including Alibaba) are not covered.
