Warranty Submission Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, please complete the warranty form in full. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, the product VIN number, and the authorized dealer where the item was purchased.

Please note that Pinned Electric is the official national distributor. Products purchased through Alibaba or other unauthorized sellers are not covered under our warranty. All warranty-eligible products must be purchased directly through Pinned Electric or one of our authorized dealers.
