Shipping Policy – Pinned Electric

At Pinned Electric, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable shipping on every order.

Order Processing:
Most in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or for larger/complex orders, please allow up to 3–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carrier:
We ship all orders via UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping service, and UPS carrier conditions. While we work hard to ship promptly, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. Larger orders or oversized items may be split into multiple packages, and you’ll receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

Preorders & Backordered Items:
If your order includes preorder or backordered items, they will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated ship dates are subject to change based on production and supplier timelines. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship the in-stock items first at our discretion. You’ll receive tracking updates as each part of your order ships.

Custom or Bulk Orders:
Orders involving custom items or large quantities may require additional processing time. We’ll contact you if there are any expected delays.
